Short week here in HK! Markets across Asia are closed Tuesday. Actually, many of you have commented that I travel a lot. Major perk of working in Asia is the very generous public holiday schedule.
I'm staying put this time and actually volunteered to work on Tuesday. You see, I'm trying to save my vacation days for the many US trips I have planned. Being an American and living in Asia, I tended to do most of my vacationing here in the region. Also do a fair bit of skiing in Europe but I generally never really vacationed in the US. So while I am in the US often, it's almost always work. Has changed in the last twelve months as I'm officially in love with California. The Northern vs Southern California debate is still ongoing but I am sold. Kind of a bummer really because I hear things are starting to heat up in LA. Real estate is starting to sizzle again. At least in the mega estate bracket. Thankfully that's not where I'm looking but if that is your segment, you better start looking!
