Met Mario...all is forgiven

Terrible Thursday for me.  I agreed to order lunch for 26 of my colleagues yesterday who were pining for American Club burgers.  Easy enough given I am a recent new member.  Except not!!  Instead of ordering from the 'city club' I accidentally ordered from the Tai Tam location which is 40 minutes out of town.  By 1:20 pm - I was scrambling to get someone to go pick it up and I was the most unpopular girl of the floor.  26 hungry bankers asking you 'When is lunch' is not pleasant!  Hopefully I'm forgiven.

Speaking of forgiving...I met Mario.  He's great and my Mario admiration intensifies.  Banker bashing easily forgiven as I found him to be gracious and wonderful.  In other positive news, US markets were extremely strong yesterday.  I'm particularly happy that my recent Google 'search' is panning out well.  Google reported very good numbers.

However strong US markets has been the case all year.  I'm more excited that China may finally be getting their act together as well.  Very good March lending numbers stoking a lot of enthusiasm into the release of their 1Q GDP.  All suits well for a nice close to the week.  Happy Friday!
